Engaging Pathology Queensland
Pathology Queensland can provide laboratory services for commercially sponsored and investigator-driven clinical trials.
To engage our pathology services, please complete and supply the following to Pathology Queensland Client Services:
- application for services form (DOC, 299.5 KB)
- study protocol
- laboratory manual (if applicable).
Submit the application to PathQldClients@health.qld.gov.au.
What happens when applications are received?
We will assign your project application a unique Pathology Queensland reference number (CT #). This number should be included in all future project correspondence with us.
After we receive your application submission, we can provide you with:
- a quote for services including standard terms and conditions
- all relevant approvals (laboratory declarations)
- pre-printed pathology request forms (if applicable)
- ongoing support throughout the study period.
