Demo claim reimbursement

This information is for those who have already been approved to receive a scholarship, have completed their unit of study for the period identified, and are ready to claim their scholarship reimbursement.

Claims will be accepted from recipients after the completion of semesters 1, 2 and 3. This will also include any study completed in trimesters 1, 2 or 3.

60-day deadline. Claims for each semester/trimester must be finalised within 60 days after results are issued for the unit/subject. Claims submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.

How to claim

Recipients will need to complete the following in full, in order to claim reimbursement for study.

  1. Download and complete the post graduate claim form

  2. Print the completed claim form and sign it

  3. Obtain a receipt for fees paid

    From the education provider, or a HECS-HELP / FEE-HELP statement showing deferment.

  4. Obtain a copy of the transcript of results

  5. Scan all three documents and email them to the Coordinator

    • Signed claim form
    • Receipt for fees paid (or HECS-HELP / FEE-HELP statement)
    • Transcript of results

The Post Graduate Scholarship Coordinator will contact you by email when the documents have been received.

Note: Payment is at the discretion of the department where applications have been approved, and when the claim form is complete with all accompanying documentation provided. Refer to Value of scholarship for details of eligible costs.
