Important dates

  • 1 March 2026: Reporting requirements for reportable events come into effect.
  • 1 March 2026 - 1 June 2026: Licensing applications for existing providers required.
  • 2 June 2026: Existing ART providers who have not applied for a licence must stop delivering ART services in Queensland.
