About the list of approved medicines

The List of Approved Medicines (LAM) is the official statewide formulary for medicines approved for use in all Queensland Health public hospitals and institutions.

Enteral nutrition products and food supplement

A range of enteral nutrition products and food supplements is available on the list of approved medicines.

Printable list of approved medicines

A static printable list (without extended functionality) is available for those without a Queensland Health email address and password.

Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs)

The PPI table shows the form and preparation of gastrointestinal medicines for approved therapy.

Guidelines for pharmaceutical representatives

All representatives of companies seeking to promote pharmaceutical products within Queensland public hospitals and with Queensland Health staff (permanent, temporary and casual) are expected to follow the Guide for pharmaceutical representatives.
