  • Upper Limb Clinic
  • Plastic Surgery
  • Adult spina bifida

The preferred referral method is via the Queensland Health Smart Referral system. If you do not have access to the Smart Referral system, then referrals can also be faxed to the Metro South Central Referral hub: 1300 364 248

More information about the SIU OPD referrals process can be found at Metro South Health – Refer your patient website or by contacting 1300 364 155.

People that are travelling from outside the greater Brisbane area to attend their clinic appointment may be eligible for assistance through the Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) and should contact their local hospital for more information.
