Guide to engagement and consultation on clinical service review

The Guide to engagement and consultation on clinical service review (PDF 783 kB) is a resource to support Hospital and Health Services (HHSs) work collaboratively with their consumers and clinicians to provide comprehensive, consumer centred approaches to clinical service review, assessment and planning to enable the delivery of services that meet community needs.

The Guide is intended to complement existing organisational and workforce-specific policies and guidelines including but not limited to the health service planning tools, Local Area Needs Assessment (LANA) Framework and workforce planning tools.

The Framework includes a suite of resources to assist in the review, assessment, and planning of clinical services.
