Queensland Stay On Your Feet® Toolkit Phase 4
Phase 4 Purpose and outcomes
During this project, you will have collected baseline information and data, planned your evaluation, and measured progress along the way. During Phase 4, you will:
- evaluate actions against your plan, and assess the impacts and outcomes of your work
- communicate any results to the community and key stakeholders.
At the end of Phase 4, you will have a written evaluation report which reviews the processes, impacts and outcomes of your plan. This report provides a solid basis for continuing successful existing strategies and will inform and improve future planning and action. It will also assist with building a business case or funding submission to gain resources to continue your efforts.
