Capital Works or Recent Improvements:
A major redevelopment of an integrated health service is planned to commence in late 2007. The new facility will amalgamate acute services, community health services, mental health services and oral health servicesin a single resource on a greenfields site. A feature of the new centre will be the capability to accomodate the co-location of private sector health services, and staff medical officers with the Right of Private Practise. Projected completion date of the new centre is late 2008. |
