Healthy Ageing: A strategy for older Queenslanders

The Healthy ageing: A strategy for older Queenslanders (PDF, 1.23MB) aims to improve health services for older Queenslanders and keep them well for longer.

Across Queensland’s public health system, teams and individuals work every day to get better health outcomes for their older patients. The strategy seeks to build on these activities and enable others by aligning the policy, planning, administration and service delivery activities of the public health system to create an environment in which the health and health services for older people are continually improving.
