Many of the above resources are from the Palliative Care Education and Training Collaborative (PaCE) which provide educational programs, courses, and resources to enhance the palliative care skills of health and aged care professionals across Australia. Funded by the Australian Government, PaCE is a national initiative led by the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
