MASS Client Reference Cards
The Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS) introduced MASS Reference (ID) Cards in 2022 to assist consumers when applying for MASS services or when contacting MASS.
Keep this card with your MASS reference number (“B Number”) for future reference to assist you with new or re-application and to provide information for your local health professional, equipment provider or contacting MASS.
If you are an existing MASS client, you will receive one when you next apply, or you can request one in advance by using the below form.
