Revocation of Public Health Face Mask Requirements Direction (No. 6)
Direction from Chief Health Officer in accordance with emergency powers arising from the declared public health emergency

I, Dr John Gerrard, Chief Health Officer, pursuant to s362E of the Public Health Act 2005, am satisfied that the Public Health Face Mask Requirements Direction (No.6) is no longer necessary to assist in containing, or to respond to, the spread of COVID-19 within the community.
Revocation
- The Public Health Face Mask Requirements Direction (No.6) made on 21 September 2022 is revoked from 6.00pm AEST 31 October 2022.
