Revocation of Requirements for Workers at Government Nominated Accommodation Direction (No.2)

Direction from Chief Health Officer in accordance with emergency powers arising from the declared public health emergency

Section 362E

I, Dr John Gerrard, Chief Health Officer, pursuant to s 362E of the Public Health Act 2005,am satisfied that the Requirements for Workers at Government Nominated Accommodation Direction (No.2) is no longer necessary to assist in containing, or to respond to, the spread of COVID-19 within the community.

The Requirements for Workers at Government Nominated Accommodation Direction (No.2) effective from 13 May 2020 is revoked from time of publication of this revocation.
